C4B at IFAMA 2026: Advancing Circular and Fair Bio-Based Business Models
The C4B project was featured at the IFAMA 2026 World Conference in Cork, Ireland, through an oral presentation delivered by Dr. Lusine Aramyan from Wageningen University & Research (WUR).
The presentation, “Developing Circular and Fair Bio-Based Business Models Using a Participatory Approach,” showcased research carried out within C4B to support the development of sustainable, resilient and inclusive bio-based value chains. The work highlights how stakeholder participation can help shape business models that promote both circularity and fairness across the bioeconomy.
IFAMA 2026, held under the theme “Rooted in Resilience: Revitalizing Agri-Food Systems for an Uncertain Tomorrow,” brought together researchers, policymakers and industry representatives from around the world to discuss innovative solutions for the future of agri-food systems.
The conference provided an excellent opportunity to share C4B‘s latest research findings, exchange knowledge with the international bioeconomy community, and contribute to discussions on the transition towards more sustainable and circular business models.
Stay tuned for more updates on C4B’s research and dissemination activities across Europe.
