Help Shape the Future of Bio-based Business Models : Join Our C4B Workshop
The C4B (Circular Bio-based Business Models) project is organising an online co-creation workshop titled “Robustness Test of Newly Developed Bio-based Business Models”, led by project partners Wageningen University & Research (WUR) and APRE.
The workshop will take place on 27 April 2026, from 10:30 to 12:00 CET, and will bring together stakeholders from across the European bioeconomy ecosystem.
Supporting the validation of innovative business models
As part of its mission to advance sustainable and circular value chains, C4B is developing innovative bio-based business models. This workshop represents a key step in testing their robustness and real-world applicability through stakeholder engagement.
Participants will contribute to a collaborative process aimed at refining these models by sharing insights, identifying challenges, and exploring opportunities for improvement.
Interactive discussions based on real cases
The session will include breakout discussions focused on four case studies reflecting different regional and sectoral contexts:
Grape – Italy
Wood – Sweden
Grape – Greece
Apple – DACH region
To support the discussions, participants will be asked to complete a short stress-test questionnaire in advance of the workshop.
Engaging the bioeconomy community
By involving stakeholders from research, industry, and EU-funded initiatives, the workshop will foster knowledge exchange and cross-sector collaboration. Participants will also receive a summary of the main outcomes and insights generated during the session.
The workshop will be held online, with the possibility of organising discussions in different languages depending on participants’ preferences.
How to participate
Stakeholders interested in contributing to this co-creation process are invited to register and complete the short preparatory questionnaire:
