Local stakeholders workshop at the M6-Meeting
At the M6 meeting in Kozani, Greece on June 11, 2024, a workshop involving local stakeholders was celebrated.
Thomas Kamkoutis, a wine producer, and Alexander Paraskevas from Mills Paraskevas, a flour mill owner, were invited to provide key feedback and steer the project activities since the very beginning. Throughout the workshop, project partners listened to their presentations on activities and engaged Thomas and Alexander to better understand the challenges and opportunities that biobased solutions can bring.
